One man and his MYDATA!
One of MYDATA’s latest pick-and-place machines, the innovative MY100DX14, is to form the lynchpin of a new electronics sub-contract manufacturing business that has just been set up by Jeremy Justice, who has wide experience of electronics manufacture, particularly in the instrumentation and telecommunications sectors.
Jeremy chose the recently introduced MY100DX14 after evaluating its performance at the MYDATA demonstration facility in Poole. A key factor in his decision was the fast and easy changeovers offered by the MY100DX14, something that was particularly important for him, as he will initially be operating the machine virtually singlehanded.
In addition, Jeremy was impressed by the machines ability to combine exceptional flexibility with high throughput. This makes it equally suitable for high mix and high volume applications, which will allow Jeremy’s new business - Libra Technology Ltd - to appeal to the widest possible range of customers.
In order to maximise the efficiency of his new and exceptionally lean operation, Jeremy has also invested in a suite of MYDATA software. This includes the MYCam, MYLabel and MYPlan multijob packages, all of which are designed for complete and efficient integration with MYDATA machines.
